Hi! I'm Sarah, the founder of Custom Pilates and Yoga. Although I'm certified in Pilates and yoga, my true passion is pain relief. When I'm not working with clients, I'm researching the best ways to get rid of pain and keep the body healthy and balanced.

As an instructor, I offer a particularly unique perspective because I am a broken neck survivor and author of Snapped:  A Helpful Guide for Broken Neck Recovery. All of the exercises I chose for this sequence have been beneficial in my personal rehabilitation.

Why I Created This Video

One Monday morning, I went in to teach yoga and discovered that all of us (myself included) had neck, shoulder, or upper back pain. I was astounded that so many diverse people were having approximately the same issue.
