Weekend Workout! 2-4-17

It’s Weekend Workout day! Of course, you don’t have to do this just on the weekends. Feel free to enjoy and share as often as you want. Today, we’re going to be doing some yoga to open the hamstrings.

Even if you’re new to yoga, you should be safe and able follow along on this workout. However, please use good judgement about the activities that you do and your level of participation. If something feels wrong or painful, stop.
