Why can you use yoga for neck pain relief?

Sarah Stockett

Hi, I’m Sarah! I believe you can use simple exercises to relieve your aches + pains.

Yoga, in particular, is extremely helpful when you’re trying to relieve upper body tension, tightness, and pain. I speak from experience when I say this because I used yoga to help me regain full mobility after healing from my broken neck.

All of the exercises in this sequence were specifically selected because of their pain-relieving capabilities.

I hope you enjoy this video and that it brings you the relief you need.

I have spinal fusion c-5 C-6 so it’s hard to find safe stretching exercises. I found this video very easy to follow and not hard on my body. I like the warnings given not to go past certain points to ensure you do not hurt yourself as healing is the goal. I think the purchase of this video is a good tool in your box to look after your body with someone who knows how to guide you on the correct safe path! Thank you, Sarah, for making my pain less and me gaining more range of motion.
