Parivrtta Trikonasana Practice (from Jason Crandell): Weekend Workout

Monday’s post was about Parivrtta Trikonasana. I find this pose particularly challenging, so I researched the best way to do it. In my research, I came across a great Parivrtta Trikonasana practice from Jason Crandell.

Before filming my video on Parivrtta Trikonasana, I did Jason’s practice. In his sequence, he has Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, Parsvottanasana, then Parivrtta Trikonasana. Since those are three of the yoga poses that I talked about this month, this flow seemed very fitting.

I highly recommend practicing this sequence to improve any of these three poses.
