YOU JUST WANT TO STOP BEING IN PAIN

Pain is a strange creature.

It can come suddenly and leave a stamp in your memory about what exactly you were doing when the pain started. Or, it can creep into your body without you even realizing it. Like a mouse living in your house, you might not even know it was there until that one instance when the two of you come face to face.

Now, the unfortunate truth is that you just want to stop being in pain.

Whether you have already started trying different methods of pain relief or are just starting to try to relieve your pain, I have great news for you.

I believe you can use simple exercises to relieve your aches + pains.

Plus, I'm going to teach you how.

But, before you begin, I want you to remember these three things:

1. All bodies are NOT created equal.

This means what relieves pain for some people may not work for you and what works for you may not work for others. This is why it's so important to try all the exercises and make your own decisions.

2. Only perform these exercises when you are prepared to focus on your body and how it feels.

These are not mindless chores meant to be done while you're watching TV. When you are working on relieving pain, you want to ensure you are focussed on yourself and how you feel as your body moves.

3. You don't get bonus points in life for avoiding the doctor.

Doctors are important. Although these exercises will help you relieve pain if you have tight or weak muscles, they won't do a bit of good if you have skeletal issues or torn muscles. It's okay to want to try to relieve your pain yourself, but it's also okay to get your doctor's help.
