Neck Active Isolated Stretching: Weekend Workout! 5-20-17

YouTube doesn’t have many Active Isolated Stretching videos, so I decided to film my own. Many of my friends have desk jobs and the neck pain that frequently goes along with looking at a computer, so today’s focus is Neck Active Isolated Stretching.

Previously, I discussed Active Isolated Stretching. For more information, click this link.

In this Neck Active Isolated Stretching video, we will use our hands to apply a slight pressure to make sure we stretch our targeted muscles. We will hold each stretch about 2 seconds, and we will do each exercise 8-12 times. You will need a chair and the ability to use both hands.

Weekend Workout! is a 20-30 minutes Pilates and yoga inspired workout. If you subscribe to my YouTube channel, you get alerts as soon as I publish new videos. This lets you get a head start on your workout for the week.
