Parivritta Trikonasana Practice (from Jason Crandell): Weekend Workout

Monday’s post was about Parivritta Trikonasana. I find this pose particularly challenging so, before I instructed on it, I researched the best way to do it. In my research, I came across a great Parivritta Trikonasana practice from Jason Crandell.

Before filming my video on Parivritta Trikonasana, I did Jason’s practice. In his sequence, he hasĀ Parivritta Parsvakonasana, Parsvottanasana, thenĀ Parivritta Trikonasana. Since those are three of the yoga poses that I talked about this month, this flow seemed very fitting.

I highly recommend practicing this sequence to improve any of these three poses.
