Weekend Workout! 2-4-17

It’s Weekend Workout day! Are you ready for round 2? Saturdays, I release a new 20-30 minute Pilates and yoga inspired workout. Of course, you don’t have to do this just on the weekends. Feel free to enjoy and share as often as you want. Today, we’re going to be doing some yoga to open the hamstrings.

Please keep in mind that, as this website is still pretty new, I haven’t gone in to the specifics of how to do some of the exercises. You should still be safe and able to do the workout, though. However, please use good judgement about the activities that you do and your level of participation. If something feels wrong or painful, stop.

In today’s video, I used some yoga blocks. If you’re thinking of getting some yoga blocks, I recommend these from Amazon. (I am an Amazon Affiliate so if you follow the link and buy the yoga blocks, I make a commission.)
