Vata Balancing: Weekend Workout!

According to Ayruveda, we all contain different amounts of the 3 doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. When Vata is imbalanced, your body will not perform optimally. Perhaps you will overexert and tire easily. Maybe your thoughts will be rapid and disjointed. You could also be feeling afraid, troubled, or anxious. This quick Vata balancing sequence will help bring you into balance.

Weekend Workout! is a 20-30 minute Pilates and yoga-inspired workout. This week is completely yoga-inspired. We will practice yoga poses that incorporate grounding, balance, and slow movement.
