Guided Meditation: Weekend Workout! 5-27-17

This week, I decided to give you a guided meditation as our Weekend Workout! Meditation is so important for your health. It can help you get in touch with thoughts and emotions, and it can deepen your mind/body connection.

For those who may not know, Weekend Workout! is a 20-30 minute Pilates and yoga-inspired workout. Each Saturday, I release a new, FREE workout. Of course, if you subscribe to my YouTube channel, you get alerts as soon as I publish new videos. This lets you get a head start on your workout for the week.

Today, we’re going to use guided meditation to relax.As we move through the body, focus on letting go of tension. Let your body melt into the floor beneath you. Sweep any tightness or residual gunk out of your body through your fingers and toes.

Get comfortable. Silence any phones or things that make noise. Prepare to connect to your body for the next 20 minutes.
