Flatter Abs: Weekend Workout! 2-18-17

It’s Saturday! Time for your Weekend Workout, a 20-30 minute Pilates and yoga inspired workout. This week one of my girlfriends asked me to help her get some flatter abs, so that’s what we’re going to do!

It’s just that easy. You want to do something, you let me know, and we do it! Simple. So leave me a comment either on this article or on YouTube to let me know what you want to do, and I might pick it to be our next Weekend Workout!
