Bakasana, Crow poseCrow pose. Many people dread this beginner level yoga pose. And, if you tell people they’re going to practice a Crow pose sequence at the beginning of a yoga class, you might even see a few snarls.

Sure, Crow pose can be difficult and a little but intimidating. It challenges arm strength, hip flexability, balance, and focus.

But, it’s one of my favorite yoga poses.

And, honestly, I want to do my part to help you love this pose, too.

That’s why I created a Crow pose sequence to make this sometimes tricky pose more accessible and enjoyable for everyone!
